Somehow I've got to convey these feelings through words so that I can convince you to read this book if you haven't already, and I don't know if I'm capable of that. If this review seems a bit all over the place and doesn't necessarily make sense, you know why.
Spin the Dawn by Elizabeth Lim
The moment I saw this cover, I knew I had to read it. The moment I read that it was a Mulan meets Project Runway story, I knew I had to own the physical copy of this book. The hype leading up to this made me so nervous. What if my expectations were too high? What if I expected too much from this book and I end up disappointed? Well, friends, I most definitely was not disappointed.
